We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.For Abbott, social media is one of the most valued platforms where consumers interact with the brand. It is an opportunity to own share of voice and drive brand equity through engaging content & conversations. As the Social Media Manager you will be focused on the Abbott owned social media platforms, how customers want to engage, and driving conversation that lead to overall positive brand sentiment. What You'll Work OnManage multiple social media channels and serve as the primary community manager for FreeStyle Diabetes (global)Champion consumer needs and embody the brand valuesDrive meaningful conversations to grow and manage social media community while maintaining strict guidelines of a regulated industryUse data to identify insights and build compelling strategies to drive positive engagementIdentify trends and report to cross-functional stakeholdersOwn channel growth and performance metrics to influence tactics and strategy as neededSupport managing agency relationshipWork closely with creative agency to manage monthly editorial calendarSupport in content approval process by seeking feedback and sharing with creative agencyRequired QualificationsBachelors Degree with at least 4-6 years related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.
