Position Summary: MGR-Digital Media
This position leads paid search and display marketing campaigns across Foundations Recovery Network, the company's addiction services division. This position directly oversees and monitors the internal pay-per-click campaigns through Google AdWords, Yahoo and Bing Ads, which includes but is not limited to: campaign management, ad creation, landing page optimization A/B testing, conversion tracking and keyword research. This position monitors paid search trends and investigates irregularities in performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
This position works closely with the Digital Marketing Director, Digital Writer, Digital Analytics Team and Call Center to align traffic acquisition strategies with the goals and objectives of each facility and the overall business objectives for the Foundations Recovery Network.
This position provides lead generation for inpatient and outpatient admissions, event registrations, and outside referral relationships. This position spearheads digital display marketing campaigns on local and national levels through partnerships with new and existing media vendors. This position engages with Web, SEO, Digital Writer and Social Media teams to align campaign strategy, share insights, and ensure integrated presentation to consumer audiences.
Essential Job Duties Responsibilities:
- Creates the digital media plan and PPC campaign concepts for the whole of FRN in consultation with digital marketing director and digital team members.
- Identifies opportunities for digital media and PPC campaigns.
- Executes and monitors the plan for results including monthly reporting to leadership on results and actions taken to remediate when not at target.
- Engages in ongoing feedback loop to understand patterns and continually optimize program for increased effectiveness.
- Audit paid digital campaign performance of paid media at a minimum, weekly, to ensure accuracy and immediately resolve issues found during audits. Provide weekly report to leadership on what was audited, findings and actions taken. This would also include Wordpress landing pages and ensure all links and action buttons are working properly.
- Collaborates with complementary Marketing functions to ensure alignment and integration.
- Ensures current and relevant content id developed and ready to deploy including facility-based content that needs to be created by facility staff.
- Create chat box options for website landing pages in coordination with facility teams, The Agency, operations and outside vendors where necessary.
- Constantly research and stay abreast of what competitors are doing digitally to reach patients so FRN can stay relevant. Research innovate trends nationally so FRN can be at the forefront of executing new ideas.

QualificationsRequirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Preferred
- 3-5 years related experience
- Proficient knowledge of Google Ad Manager, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong proficiency in conducting research via the Internet.
- Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of client-facing interaction; works well with multiple stakeholders across national locations
- Ability to analyze and assess new developments in the industry.
