We are in need of a Cross Media Specialist to facilitate the growth of our D2C and B2B channels. Graphic Designer / Media Manager oversees all aspects of multimedia content, including copywriting, design, and production for television commercials, website, email, social media, blogs, paid advertising, and P.R. This role works well independently and also collaborates to support sales, operations, and product development efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage content and promotions calendars
- Manage, design and execute of all brand copywriting and in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners
- Archival management all digital assets
- Creation (from copywriting through final editing) of 10, 30 or 60 second multi-platform video spots and/or donuts for each advertising campaign
- Manage all aspects of email marketing from content creation to Emma platform
- Collaborate with social media and digital marketing teams on design, imagery, subject matter and trending organic content to drive success
- Design, curate and manage the production of social posts, email blasts, print advertising, brand videos, and animations
- Manage and maintain Companys You Tube channel
- Support sales department needs, such as POP materials, seasonal campaigns, trade shows and training collateral
- Communicate advertising content and promotions to internal and external teams
- Support companys cross-functional content needs, such as customer service, reputation management and recruiting
- Be responsible for Companys website management console; create web banners, slide shows, headers and landing pages for each campaign and coordinate all communication with website providers.
- Manage and update auxiliary Wordpress websites and various online and TV program guides for our broadcast divisions.
- Manage Companys email accounts
- Content creation and curation for Companys new outdoor electronic message board
- Manage our electronic price tag platform which is synchronized according to website pricing protocols
- Measure all media content performance, assessing against brand and campaign KPIs and manage optimization based on insights
- Deliver analytical and performance reports on campaigns to CEO and leadership team
- Evaluate emerging trends and technologies and recommend adoption to CEO when and where appropriate
- Results-driven, invested in success and growth
- Advanced multi-media production skills including web design, graphic design and video production
- Basic layout and design abilities using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Basic video editing and animation proficiency (Adobe Premier, Final Cut)
- Basic fluency across digital marketing, with aptitude for analytics, reporting, email marketing, CRM (Hubspot)
- Deep understanding of social media best practices and trends
- Multimedia writing fluency: an ability to capture the nuances of each channel, from social to digital ads, to email, to sales collateral, to website copy
- An eye for high-end design and an affinity for the retail home appliances industry
- Skilled at project management and organization
- Positive attitude, good time management skills, kind, clear communicator
- Must be available to travel to trade shows and educational seminars
- Exceptional copywriting and creative design skills
- Social media, email and digital marketing expertise
- Creative video production skills
- Someone who can shepherd our company to a new e-commerce platform
- Experience in retail advertising, marketing and branding
- Working understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, adwords, etc
- Mastery of digital analytics tools to deliver maximum ROI
- Compensation range is commensurate with candidates educational level, skill set and experience.
- Work is in-person at our company headquarters
- Normal Hours M-F 9am-6pm
