How you can make a difference
As a member of our global, remote, marketing team, youll play a pivotal role in developing and executing highly effective media strategies for Tiugos four distinct brands. Youll work collaboratively with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our customer base.
Were looking for someone with hands-on experience managing B2B social media, including developing strategies, managing campaigns, and reporting on results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social trends and identify the most valuable metrics for a given channel. Experience analyzing performance data, extracting insights, and formulating recommendations is a must-have. This role reports to the Director of Content.
What you will be doing
- Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple organizations and across multiple channels.
- Create campaigns and content for social platforms, publish, and track activities and KPIs.
- Identify and communicate trends for each brand and design tests to increase the value of posts for the target audiences.
- Identify posting mix that is appropriate and individualized by brand and by platform.
- Collaborate with content creators, SEO, product marketing, and developer relations teams.
- Monitor, analyze, and regularly report on campaign and platform performance metrics and make data driven recommendations and adjustments to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Identify, analyze, and recommend new social channels where personas gather and communicate outside of the traditional platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate social media content calendars for all Tiugo brands.
- Manage and scale an employee advocacy/ambassador program.
- Facilitate community interactions including monitoring conversations, responding to reviews and comments, and delegating additional stakeholder participation when appropriate.
Who you are
- 4+ years of organic B2B social media marketing, ideally in a global high tech organization or agency.
- Strong understanding and ability to develop KPIs and goals for social media campaigns and channels and the ability to tie performance metrics to departmental and organizational goals.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience using social media channels for B2B, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and GitHub for audience interaction.
- Aptitude for analyzing performance data, extracting insights, formulating recommendations, and presenting to senior management.
- Strong project management skills, and ability to juggle multiple moving parts simultaneously.
- Proactive self-starter who can work autonomously and is a strong problem solver and knows how to seek help when needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote, global teams.
- Deep understanding of developer communities, preferences, and behaviors, with the ability to create targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with this audience is highly desirable.
- Experience working with various tools, such as Sprout Social, Buffer, ClearView Social, Monday, etc.
