Social Media Strategist

Position Reports to: Vice President, Corporate Communications and Content

Ideal Experience: 8-11 years with previous agency experience is preferred

This position is available in any the following offices: Columbus OH, Toledo OH or Detroit MI

THE ROLE

Social media leadership to one of the agencys flagship clients: Ohio Liquor

Participates in virtual and in-person meetings with the client

Understands the ins and outs of the client by diving into the business objectives

Leads the agency approach around social media tactics

Incorporates industry benchmarks and thought leadership into the social approach

Directs a multi-channel social media presence for clients

Integrates social listening, community management, and analytics into the approach

Revisits and develops brand social and channel strategies

Collaborates with Creative and Video teams to create engaging content across channels

Analyzes and deploys necessary software to assist in social media management

Serves as a voice around social media deployment during integrated campaign strategizing

Loves everything social and creating great work across channels

Passionate around the growth of social personnel and the team

Stays up to date with the latest social media best practices, technologies (i.e. channels) and metric considerations

Ability to analyze dashboards and reports for internal/external distribution that include in-depth insights and recommendations for growth

Represents activities via presentations to internal teams and clientele

Competitive mindset to deliver leading results on behalf of Harts clientele

Understands brand voice and personality and is able to execute that voice based on channel audiences

Background in content management and/or copywriting

Naturally analytical and curious

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
