We’re looking for a creative and strategic Paid Media Specialist to join our Sandy Springs corporate office and play a critical role in attracting the exceptional talent that fuels our success.

Position Overview
The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will take the lead in building Serenity Healthcare’s employer brand and driving candidate attraction through innovative job postings, ATS management, and strategic paid media campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with recruitment teams, HR, and the marketing team to craft compelling messaging and ensure Serenity stands out as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Job Postings and Optimization
    • Create, manage, and optimize job postings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and ZipRecruiter.
    • Develop tailored job descriptions for a wide variety of roles, including but not limited to psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, sales professionals, marketing hires, and administrative staff.
    • Ensure postings are optimized for SEO, visually engaging, and aligned with Serenity’s employer brand.
  • ATS Management
    • Oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure smooth candidate workflow and accurate data tracking.
    • Regularly update job listings in the ATS and collaborate with recruitment teams to manage candidate pipelines.
  • Paid Media Campaigns
    • Plan and execute paid recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn Sponsored Posts, Indeed Ads, ZipRecruiter Boost, and other relevant channels.
    • Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and maximize ROI.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with broader recruitment goals.
  • Platform Management
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and explore new platforms to enhance Serenity’s candidate reach and visibility.
  • Collaboration with Teams
    • Partner with recruitment teams to understand hiring needs and craft targeted strategies.
    • Collaborate with HR to ensure all messaging reflects Serenity’s culture and values.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to integrate employer branding into company-wide initiatives.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Track and analyze key metrics, including job posting performance, paid media effectiveness, and application rates.
    • Leverage data insights to refine and optimize recruitment marketing strategies.

Tools and Platforms
  • Job Platforms: LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, and others.
  • Marketing Tools: ActiveCampaign for email marketing and campaign management.
  • Communication & Productivity Tools: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • ATS Tools: Familiarity with platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, or similar systems is required.

Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years in recruitment marketing, ATS management, or employer branding.
    • Hands-on experience with job platforms and paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar channels.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills for clear, persuasive messaging.
    • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, ActiveCampaign, and Excel.
    • Strong analytical skills to measure performance and optimize strategies.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Compensation Range:
$60,000-$75,000 DOE
