Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms.
• Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, copy, and videos that align with our brand.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages across all social media channels, fostering community engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and business goals.
• Analyse and report on social media performance metrics, utilising insights to optimise strategies and improve engagement.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend new ideas to enhance our social media presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and campaigns.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms).
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with a passion for staying current on social media trends.
