What You’ll Do

As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll lead the social media strategy and execution across multiple brands, including Titan Fitness, Titan Attachments and Ash & Ember. You’ll be a key voice for our brand, creating meaningful connections with our audience while delivering data-driven results.

Here’s what success looks like in this role:

• Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and execute engaging social media strategies tailored to each brand.
• Creative Content: Design compelling visuals and write compelling copy for campaigns that grab attention and spark engagement.
• Engagement: Build relationships with our audience by responding thoughtfully to comments, messages, and other interactions on social platforms.
• Optimization: Fine-tune social media pages to increase visibility and boost audience growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with influencers, brand advocates, and internal teams to amplify our presence.
• Campaign Management: Oversee social media advertising campaigns to achieve brand objectives and ROI goals.
• Analytics: Monitor key performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

We need someone with the creativity to craft impactful campaigns and the analytical mindset to measure their success. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience creating compelling content across Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, YouTube, X and Pinterest.
• 2-5 years of social media experience (agency or in-house) and a track record of successful campaigns.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creativity and the confidence to experiment with innovative ideas.
• Proficient in Sprout Social or other social media management platforms, and a strong understanding of Meta Business Suite.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• Bonus points for familiarity with the agricultural or fitness industries!
