Clutch is looking for a Jr. Paid Media Specialist on behalf of their client.

As a Junior Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital channels. You will work closely with senior media professionals to deliver effective campaigns that drive results for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Create, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and optimize ad targeting.
  • Ad Creation: Develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Bid Management: Manage bids and budgets to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for optimization.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports for clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the paid media landscape.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in paid media, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and paid media channels.
  • Proficiency in paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus:
  • Experience with paid social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Knowledge of media measurement and attribution.
