Americaneagle.com is seeking a qualified Senior Social Media Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. This candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for both organic and paid avenues. The ideal candidate should be a creative thinker with analytical tendencies to produce results for our clients across social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid and organic social media marketing strategies
  • Create and manage social media content and content calendars across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, & LinkedIn
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable recommendations
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns including budgeting, targeting, and tracking performance
  • Manage influencer programs for clients including communication, contracts and performance
  • Collaborate with account teams to ensure cohesion between all marketing channels
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices and bring recommendations for new strategies and tactics to clients
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of social media marketing across B2B and B2C industries
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices, including content creation, social listening, and community management
  • Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to produce on a tight deadline
