Hourly Pay Rate:$12 with commission
Full or Part-Time option on commission
(May require some weekend or evening hours for campaign monitoring)

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
Must have dependable and reliable transportation and be legal

Responsibilities:
Manage and create content for company social media accounts
Monitor and analyze web traffic, social media metrics, and sales data
Generate leads throough digital marketing initiatives
Build and maintain client relationships
Execute digital advertising campaigns
Create engaging content for websites and platforms
Assist in email marketing campaigns
Meet sales targets and revenue goals

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Experience with social media management tools
Knowledge of Google Analytics
Basic graphic design skills
Experience with CRM systems
Understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

High School

1-4 years

Qualifications:
High School diploma required
1-2 years experience in digital marketing and sales
Knowledgeable understanding of social media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of SEO principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
