We are seeking an Account Manager, Media Partnerships to serve as a critical member of our team, dedicated to leading and supporting the growth of a portfolio of media partner accounts. This individual will act as a liaison with the partnerships and editorial teams to develop and implement campaigns and initiatives.

SALARY RANGE:
$70,000 - $85,000 base salary. Role is bonus eligible.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Works primarily in an office environment but upon request will be encouraged to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends and holidays.

We are seeking an Account Manager, Media Partnerships to serve as a critical member of our team, dedicated to leading and supporting the growth of a portfolio of media partner accounts. This individual will act as a liaison with the partnerships and editorial teams to develop and implement campaigns and initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Responsible for day-to-day management of key media partnerships, ensuring alignment between partners' expectations and deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing brand partners while reporting, monitoring, and delivering on program performance
- Collaborate closely with internal partners (sales, editorial, creative, marketing, community, etc.) to launch and implement partner campaigns and production schedules
- Lead campaign and deliverable tracking, collect screenshots and provide regular updates in a timely fashion
- Work with Partnerships and Sales Insights team to build campaign summary reports, highlighting campaign success with thoughtful insights into the program
- Create, run, and recap weekly status meetings both with clients and with internal teams
- Identify incremental opportunities based on campaign performance and work to deliver additional media plans as necessary
- Support Revenue Strategy on development and creation of proposals and pitches
- Liaise between the media team, events team, and sponsorship activation managers to ensure smooth execution of partner activations, ensuring partner expectations are met, and supporting timely delivery of contractual obligations.
- Contribute to the long-term strategy for Brand X's growth and positioning in the market, working alongside the senior leadership team to provide insights from client interactions and market trends
- Collaborate closely with the Partnership Development and Partner Solutions teams to ensure that inventory is accurately incorporated into renewal/upsell packages
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- 2-3 years of experience working at a publisher, media, or creative agency, handling a brand's digital advertising strategy, creative development and buying activities
- Experience in a client interfacing role and comfortable addressing different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly
- Proven ability to work on complex multi-touch point programs with the proven success of client growth
- Experience reporting and monitoring program performance and delivery by working with data, insights, and advertising operations teams and agencies
- Proven project management experience and ability to navigate and communicate timelines and deliverables (internally and externally) with accuracy
- Previous experience using data, research, and insights to tell a story
- Robust knowledge of current events + pop culture + sports + music
