You'll collaborate with diverse, creative people around the globe to hone the Zscaler brand, increase awareness and demand, support partnerships, and drive home big wins for the world's cloud security leader and our customers worldwide.We're looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. This is a hybrid role local to our San Jose, CA office. Reporting to the, Senior Director, Digital Marketing you'll be responsible for:Lead Zscaler's social media strategy globally, working as part of our digital marketing team to bring our brand to life across our key markets.Develop engaging content across multiple social channels, in multiple formats from written to visual to video and more to improve brand favorability and trust. Collaborate with internal design and video teams to create dynamic assets for posts.Manage social media communities by curating, scheduling, and responding to daily posts across Facebook, X, and Instagram, maintaining the appropriate brand voice, and growing followers and engagement on all platforms.Determine ideal social KPIs, monitor performance, optimize content and its distribution in real time. Examine on data and insights from multiple sources and uplevel findings for how we intend to use insights to improve.Establish an ownable social strategy and editorial approach that delivers beats of always-relevant social content aligned with our marketing goals.What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)7+ years of managing social media (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, blogs, etc.) and community platformsHands-on experience with social and employee advocacy platforms such as Sprinklr.Background in editorial planning and experience in content creationExpert in developing social marketing strategies that are native to each channel.Experience managing relationships with external and internal agencies/design teams to brief and manage original contentWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Localization experienceExperience working in SaaS and cybersecurity technologies.Experience running influencers campaigns and how they can be used to extend social campaignsExperience with how paid and organic content and strategies work together#LI-AS10#LI-HybridZscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
