Requirements
This Role is For You If:
- You have a passion for learning new and innovative programmatic technology trends and love to further your knowledge
- You have strong analytical skills with outside of the box thinking, and are open to developing creative ways to modify campaigns to achieve desired results
- You are consistently curious and inquisitive – and have the desire to learn how platforms work, and more importantly, learn how to game them
- You have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables & project timelines efficiently

Experience and Skills to Succeed in this role:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3+ years of experience in programmatic buying, campaign management, optimization and reporting (TTD, DV360, and Amazon DSPs)
- 2-3+ years experience analyzing data to distill meaningful insights
- Comfortable managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring that all are performing & pacing optimally
- Desire and ability to learn new technical, in-platform skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Appetite for media and ad-tech innovation
- Proactive problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Planning Teams to develop innovative campaign strategies
- Ensure successful campaign setup and execution right from the start
- Create, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns in DSPs with expertise
- Tackle campaign challenges proactively by troubleshooting and offering effective solutions
- Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to derive valuable insights from performance data in order to surpass client goals
- Provide dedicated support to address campaign delivery and performance issues, ensuring troubleshooting and quality assurance
- Offer advanced insights that contribute to improving campaign performance
- Continually monitor campaign performance to optimize results and maintain regular communication with partners and clients
- Achieve and exceed defined KPIs for each campaign through constant monitoring, regular optimizations, or suggestions for campaign changes
- Effectively manage campaign budgets, including invoice approval, media and fee monitoring and forecasting, and documenting budget changes
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with tech partners to stay updated on innovative products, features, pricing, and industry advancements
- Present compelling campaign analysis to clients, showcasing the effectiveness of planning, testing, media optimization, and management
