We're looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team of talented and passionate people. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, reporting directly to our Controller, and is 100% remote! We encourage employees to establish long-term careers with FBMM and, as a result, 70% of our staff have been here for more than five years! Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, able to work independently, prioritize and maintain recurring tasks with minimal supervision, can operate with a high level of flexibility, and enjoys working in and excels in a fast-paced environment. The starting pay range for this position is $26.44-31.25/hour, taking applicable education and experience into consideration.

Responsibilities Include:

• A/R and A/Ps
• Payroll, Employee reimbursements
• Company credit card statements
• 401K updates, reports, eligibility/Review of Benefit invoices
• Client maintenance, invoices/billbacks
• Local Taxes/non-taxed sales
• Account reconciliations
• Maintenance and distribution of assorted company reports/flowcharts/databases
• Weekly Reports (Insurance, Balances, etc.)
• Special projects

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or another related field is required
• Minimum 2+ years' experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar position is required
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PDF
• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and planning skills
