We’re currently seeking a talented Architectural Photographer to join a dynamic team at a leading global provider of real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. This remote or field-based opportunity offers the chance to contribute to the digitization of the real estate industry while showcasing your expertise in photography.


As an Architectural Photographer, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality, creative photos and videos of multifamily, office, industrial, and retail properties, using state-of-the-art equipment like DSLR cameras, drones, and gimbals.


This is a great opportunity to combine your passion for photography with your love for architecture and real estate, while traveling to various locations to capture stunning visuals that will help transform the real estate landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce High-Quality Media: Capture exceptional photos and videos of properties, including residential neighborhoods, parks, and schools.
  • Travel: Travel as required by business needs, potentially up to one week per month.
  • Edit and Deliver: Edit all photography and video content in a timely manner, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard.
  • Client Communication: Professionally communicate with clients throughout media shoots, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Stay Current: Continually develop your craft by staying up-to-date on new photography techniques, technology, and trends.
  • Photography Planning: Use your expertise to determine the best time and approach to photograph each assignment.


Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a professional Real Estate or Architectural Photographer, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in architectural, real estate, and exterior lifestyle media.
  • Education & Skills: A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, with at least 4+ years of professional real estate photography and videography experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Full understanding of manual camera settings, lighting, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
  • Drone Certification: FAA Part 107 License/Certification for drone photography or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of the offer.
  • Equipment Handling: Ability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Work Authorization: Permanent US work authorization is required.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Commercial Drone Experience: Experience in capturing stunning commercial drone photography is a plus.
  • Videography Skills: Ability to capture and edit high-quality interior and exterior property videos.
  • Artistic Vision: Strong understanding of architectural photography best practices, with an eye for creative and visually appealing compositions.
  • Relationship-Building: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Flexibility: Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
