Napleton Automotive Group owns and operates 55+ retail automotive dealerships in eight states. Napleton’s Toyota of Brookfield dealership is looking to fill this position which its primary responsibility will be taking photos of new vehicles, fueling and putting plates on vehicles, cleaning and locking up all vehicles on the lot when needed. Other responsibilities are listed below.
Job Responsibilities:
- Taking photos of new vehicles
- Parking new incoming vehicles
- Fueling vehicles that are low on gas
- Locking and securing all vehicles at night
- Removal of other dealership ads and Napleton plates on vehicle.
- Maintains used vehicles in clean and presentable condition at all times
- Maintain all vehicles cleanliness as directed by Management
- Detail and make ready for delivery according to vehicle delivery policies all vehicles sold by Sales Departments and customer pay details including gas allowance for sold vehicles; new, certified pre owned and pre owned cars.
- Inspects all vehicles for noticeable defects; dents, scratches, torn upholstery, poor mechanical operation and reports all defects to manager immediately
- Oversees and performs interior / exterior porters for all requested details; while training staff on proper procedures and standards
- Drive all vehicles in accordance with Napleton policies and Wisconsin State Law; including seat belts when leaving the lot at all times
- Keep shop area neat and clean and be able to account for all dealership-owned tools and equipment
- Understand and comply with federal, state and location regulations that affect service operations such as safety rules and procedures, hazardous waste disposal, OSHA compliance and right to know communication.
- Wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), i.e. use proper eye, hand and body protection when using products that require protection.
- Appropriately and safely operate all tools and equipment as mandated through safety training. Report any safety, equipment defects or malfunction issues to management
- In snow emergency, you and your team may be asked to assist. This is part of your job duties
Physical Demands: Constant bending, reaching, standing, walking. Frequent carrying, kneeling, pushing, pulling.
