Freelance Real Estate Photography Scheduling Coordinator, Marketing and Sales Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated, customer-oriented professional for a freelance Real Estate Marketing and Scheduling Coordinator position. This is an on-call, 1099 contract role and the opportunity to work from home. Our ideal candidate has some scheduling/logistics experience, sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule photo appointments and manage photographers, ensuring timely and efficient onsite coordination
  • Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries via phone, text, and email
  • Assist clients with online scheduling and scheduling phone appointments
  • Process floor plans and tours, coordinating with subcontractors for seamless execution
  • Handle quotes for both commercial and residential jobs, offering additional services where appropriate
  • Manage invoicing and billing, including applying discounts or specials as needed
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve onsite issues efficiently and effectively
  • Reach out to potential clients to explore new business opportunities, with a focus on Lake and McHenry areas
  • Distribute portfolios with promotional materials to larger agencies to generate new business
  • Occasional In-person customer visits and presentations, as required
  • Manage and grow social media presence to drive brand awareness and engagement

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or related industries
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in using iPhones and Mac computers, as well as various online platforms and tools
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for building client relationships
  • Ability to work remotely and manage a flexible schedule, including some after-hours availability
  • Familiarity with the Lake and McHenry area real estate market is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:
