Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled PR/Digital Specialist to join our dynamic team at Jacks. As a PR/Digital Specialist, you will be responsible for all influencer activities by helping with execution of the brands strategies, identifying local and national influencer partnerships, analytics reporting and monitoring trending conversations to achieve annual goals. You will also be responsible for the brands press releases highlighting campaign updates, influencer partnerships and more!
The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of digital marketing trends, have experience working with the NIL and local influencers, excellent communication capabilities, an excellent understanding of social media platforms and a passion for the QSR space. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Initiates and manages all NIL, local and national influencer and community relationships
- Create and executes influencer briefings
- Coordinates with restaurants and influencers for production shoots
- Collects social metrics and provides strategic analysis reporting weekly and monthly
- Assists with managing influencer social media content calendar
- Works with agency partners to execute Jacks social media content calendar
- Coordinate press releases with relevant details for Jacks
- Daily social media listening and crisis management
- Stay updated with online trends with ad-hoc creative content development
- Travel to create content with our restaurants and field team
- Support campaign updates and other marketing efforts as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of influencer marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Creative, self-motivated and ready to take initiative.
- In-depth knowledge of the various social platforms including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok
- Experience using Sprout or similar social listening tools
- Demonstrated success in working with NIL, local and national influencers
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experienced team player with a desire and ability to work cross-functionally.
