Job DescriptionMAXISIQ is looking for a talented Cellular / Radio Frequency Engineer to join our team! In this upcoming role you will serve as the SME for all Cellular/RF exercised at the Muscatatuck Training Center. This is a full-time role located in Butlerville, IN. Interviewing now for work anticipated upon award in Oct-Nov 2024.
In this role you will:
- Drive concept work, HW/SW specifications, simulation and reference model creation, cross-functional collaboration while meeting timeline and quality requirements and supporting range/exercise requirements.
- Translate system level- and performance requirements into requirements for TX line-up and TX features.
- Identify and analyze critical requirements and provide deep dive assessments with respect to critical metric impact, timeline, and risks.
- Solve complex and interdisciplinary problems that are related to the transmit system and TX features.
- Provide specifications as input for the HW and SW development. Implement new technologies to support range operations.
Clearance Required:
- Active/current Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience as Spectrum Management. Experience working with various cellular frequencies and coordinating with license owners.
- IAT III Certification - CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP
- Experience with FCC Experimental Special Temporary Authority Licensing applications or other FCC licensing applications.
- Experience coordinating and deconflicting spectrum with the customer to facilitate training objectives.
