Overview:
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization and marketing strategies. You will analyze performance metrics, conduct keyword research, and optimize our website and campaigns to increase visibility, drive traffic, and improve conversions. Your insights and expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' digital footprint and achieving their marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on both on-page and off-page optimization.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for content creation and campaign targeting.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to optimize website copy, blog posts, and landing pages for search visibility.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track performance metrics, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- SEM Campaign Management: Plan, execute and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
- Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and SEM.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including web development and design, to implement technical SEO improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SEO and SEM strategies, with a track record of improving search rankings and driving traffic.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) and ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads).
- Strong understanding of keyword research, link-building strategies, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
