Join the mission as Senior Website and SEO Manager. This role will drive the strategy, optimization, and performance of our website and digital presence. You will be responsible for enhancing the visibility, user experience, and engagement on NetSPI's website and across various digital channels. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO, website management, and digital marketing strategies, combined with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy & Implementation:
- Lead and execute NetSPI's SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, increase web traffic, and drive lead generation.
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization to maximize visibility and traffic.
- Optimize on-page and off-page SEO factors, including meta tags, schema markup, backlinks, site speed, mobile optimization, and content structure.
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
- Manage SEO firm
- Website Management:
- Oversee day-to-day website management, ensuring the site is up-to-date, functional, and aligned with the latest SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to execute website updates, new landing pages, and features.
- Work with developers to ensure technical SEO implementation (site architecture, sitemaps, redirects, etc.) and troubleshoot any site issues.
- Implement A/B testing and user experience enhancements to improve conversion rates and site usability.
- Content Strategy & Optimization:
- Partner with the content team to develop an SEO-focused content strategy that aligns with NetSPI's goals and target audience.
- Optimize existing content and collaborate on creating new content that drives search engine visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and report on keyword performance, content gaps, and opportunities for content expansion.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor website analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on SEO performance, user behavior, conversion metrics, and other relevant data.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure website and SEO efforts align with broader digital marketing initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to implement and refine the overall website and digital strategy.
- Liaise with product and engineering teams to ensure technical SEO requirements are met during site updates or redesigns.
- Educate and provide guidance to internal teams on SEO best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, website management, and digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving website performance.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and website management.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles (or experience collaborating with developers on web-related tasks).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and website usability best practices.
- Previous experience working in the cybersecurity or tech industry is a plus.
