Schedule: 40 hrs Monday-Friday, traditional business hours
Work status:
long-term W2 assignment with TEKsystems at [Client, initial 12 months with intent to extend further.
Summary:
As Lead Studio/Space Operations, you will be responsible for leading teams, managing office setups, and handling vendor relationships, with a focus on creating a dynamic and efficient work environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, tactical and strategic judgment, vendor negotiation, and relationship management abilities. Collaboration with other departments for planning and operations is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and support your team of operation coordinators to ensure the success of Client's creative spaces while fostering a positive and secure work environment.
- Manage the operations of multiple design studios across various locations, ensuring consistent service standards.
- Oversee building rooms, office setups, conference rooms, and inventory.
- Handle new hire setups, rename offices, update conference rooms, and collaborate on various capital and equipment projects & replacements.
- Lead weekly syncs, discussions, and shoutouts with your team.
- Manage escalations and work directly with upper management to coordinate and execute on project timelines consistently.
Focus Areas:
- Location: Liaising between three buildings, the main site(s) in Culver City and a sister site in Cupertino.
- Team Spirit: Lead discussions, manage your team, and primarily support the studio/office operations for the Client's Creative departments).
- Dynamic Environment: Work with diverse personalities and handle various responsibilities with ease.
