Max Strength Fitness, an emerging fast-growing fitness franchise with significant career opportunities is actively looking to hire a passionate, driven individual to be their Studio Manager/ Strength Trainer for their brand-new studio in West Plano to lead and inspire our fitness community. As the Studio Manager and trainer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fitness facility, fostering a positive and welcoming environment, and driving the success of our studio.

Since 2007 MSF has been the industry innovator in helping people achieve their health and fitness goals in only 20 minutes twice a week. Our unique approach to 1 on 1 personal training is our specialty and is what sets us apart from other premier fitness facilities.
Qualifications:
· Passionate about fitness and helping others reach their fitness goals· Interested in expanding your professional skills in operations, sales, marketing, lead generation, social media, CRM experience and overall growing a start-up business.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Fitness Management, or a related field. Proven experience in fitness studio management or a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices.
· Sales and marketing experience is a plus.
· Manage time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the fitness studio, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment for clients and staff.
Manage facility scheduling, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
2. Team Management:
Lead and motivate a team of Personal Trainers and support staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance goals.
Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
3. Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
4. Membership and Sales:
Collaborate with the sales team to drive membership growth and achieve revenue targets. Implement strategies to retain existing members and attract new clientele
5. Marketing and Promotions:
Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives. Explore local partnerships and community engagement opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
6. Financial Management:
Monitor and manage the studio budget, expenses, and financial performance. Implement cost-effective measures to optimize profitability.
7. Event Coordination:
Plan and execute events, workshops, and classes to enhance the overall studio
Experience. Collaborate with trainers and staff to create engaging and innovative fitness programs.

● Prepare reports for upper management
● Maintain and monitor all exercise equipment for cleanliness and function
● Oversee client/trainer scheduling.
● Ensure all MSF policies and processes are followed
