What is your team’s main responsibility?

My team provides external customers with technical documentation in support of product releases. We publish materials to the Technical Resource Center as well as Mastercard Developers. We specialize in publishing API content to Mastercard Developers but may also contribute to release notes, announcements, and user guide content on the TRC as needed.

• What are your top 3 required technical skills?
• Proficiency with documenting APIs or creating web content, markdown, HTML, and DITA/XML, including best practices with markups, tags, and topic types
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and other authoring tools, such as Visual Studio Code, Git, Ixiasoft, Oxygen, XML and xMetal
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills that abide by content and style guide standards
