UI/UX Developer

BCforward is currently seeking an initiative-taking UI/UX Developer for an opportunity in Charlotte, NC

Position Title: UI/UX Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 12 Months.

Job Type: CONTRACT, (Hybrid)

Monday- Friday (5x8)

Candidate who is authorized to work independently

Pay Range: $60- $65/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc).

Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
* Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.
* Proven experience as an UI/UX developer
* Design, Develop & Prototype front end applications for Mobile team
* Design, develop, and maintain front-end web applications using Vue.js.
* Build reusable Vue components and libraries.
* Translate design mockups into functional user interfaces.
* Implement front-end logic and data interactions.
* Develop Screens and Components by integrating back-end APIs.
* Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
* Troubleshoot and debug issues in the application.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Vue.js technologies and best practices.
* Keep up-to-date on current and upcoming features in relevant products and platforms. Drive the best practices approach to the continuous improvement of our products, processes, and tools. Write and maintain documentation for all features in development.
Mobile Development Engineer - UI/UX Engineer MARSX CFM Runtime Exception Software Engineer

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
* Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.
* Design, develop, and maintain front-end web applications using Vue.js.
* Must have ReactJS development experience
* Build reusable Vue components and libraries.
* Translate design mockups into functional user interfaces.
* Implement front-end logic and data interactions.
* Develop Screens and Components by integrating back-end APIs.
* Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
* Troubleshoot and debug issues in the application.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Vue.js technologies and best practices.
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
* Expert knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript
* Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts
* Extensive experience with Vue.js framework and ecosystem.
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs and data interactions.
* Understanding of version control systems like Git.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

* Experience with continuous integration & Unit tests.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
* Good understanding on Core Java and Spring Boot
* Create API endpoints with proper methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).
* Define API response structures (JSON) and implement data validation using appropriate annotations.
* Experience with database technologies such as SQL, Oracle and MySQL
