The Job
We are seeking a Product/UX Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer. You will work closely with the product manager and engineering team.
Responsibilities
Work with our web-based product, enhancing current and designing new features
Help take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into designs
Discover customer needs and balance those with business objectives
Conduct product/market research, create wireframes, design UI, create prototypes, test, iterate
Collaborate with the engineering team through each step of the process
Present your work for review and feedback
Contribute to our company's culture
Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred (UX/UI or related)
Experience designing SaaS products is a plus
Deep knowledge of current design tools, like Figma and Adobe XD
A portfolio demonstrating product/UX design skills
Flexibility and willingness to wear many hats as the sole Product/UX Designer
Strong communication skills
Ability to commute to the office in Provo, UT

Compensation Base pay starts between $45,000 - $55,000
