Draft clear and concise content to support mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate user-centered design principles across mobile and web applications.
- Support usability testing sessions to validate design solutions and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver on a diverse set of content needs, priorities, and user experiences.
- Will work with teams in US and India to establish a consistent tone and support documenting guidelines and standards.
- This role will help establish our UX Writing practice and standards at Cat Digital.
Interaction with team:
- Candidate will work with another designer on our flagship marketing site as well as Marketing and Brand business partners and development leads.
Work environment:
Education & Experience Required:
- Position requires a four year degree from an accredited college or university plus 8+ years od working experience.
Technical Skills
(Required)
- At least 5+ years UX design experience. (Preference will be given to candidates who have proven experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.)
- Background in UX writing
- 1+ years of experience with Figma
- 3+ years UX/UI experience designing ecommerce and/or complex web applications.
(Desired)
- Experience working specifically on ecommerce or fleet management applications
Soft Skills
(Required)
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and create concise and easy to understand content for user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
