Are you the one?

We're looking for askilled and passionate UX/UI Designerwho candive deep into user needs, both emotional and functional.You'll translate those insights intopractical, logical, and enjoyable experiencesthat empower our users to unlock the full potential of our data science solutions.

Essential functions and responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Analyze user research findings to identify user needs and pain points.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, ensuring responsive and mobile-friendly design.
• Prototype interactive interfaces using Figma or other tools.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and meet technical requirements.
• Build and maintain a robust design system.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the team.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UX trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer.
• Proven ability to design user-centered experiences across different digital products, with a focus on responsive/mobile-friendly design.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD), with experience in creating and managing reusable components and design systems.
• Must be a self-starter and work in a very agile manner, thriving in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify and address design challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to effectively communicate design ideas with all stakeholders.
• Must provide a portfolio of work showcasing your design skills and experience.
