About the Role Zoomph is looking for a UX intern/student to join our Product team for an internship. The UX Intern will assist the Product and Design team in enhancing the user experience of Zoomph's platform. This role will contribute to user research, wireframe development, usability testing, and the creation of user-centric design solutions. The intern will gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, supporting key product initiatives and improving user engagement.
Zoomph is looking for candidates who are interested and able to commit 15-25 hours a week, for 1-2 full semesters during the 2024-25 school year. This internship will be remote. What your day will look like...
Assist in conducting user research and gathering insights to inform design decisions.
Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new features and improvements.
Collaborate with the design and product teams to refine the user journey and interface design.
Participate in usability testing and analyze results to recommend design adjustments.
Contribute to documentation and presentations related to UX findings and best practices.

You're interested in sports/brand partnerships, social media analytics, sponsorship measurement, etc.
You're studying (or have studied) anything related to sports marketing, sports business, social media marketing, or data analytics (with application to sports).
You have previous, relevant internship experience in the world of sports, marketing analytics, etc.
You demonstrate professionalism, dependability and reliability with clear thinking and attention to detail.
You're a collaborative team player, you're open to new ideas, and you don't take yourself too seriously.
Reporting: The role will report to the Zoomph Product team.
Requirements: Laptop with a Windows PC running Windows 8.1 or higher or an Apple Macbook running OS 10.12 or higher.
Must be able to provide proof of enrollment
