Act as a thought leader in the domain of research, while advocating for the people who could use our products. Design and execute end-to-end custom primary research using a wide variety of methods. Design studies that address both user behavior and attitudes Ability to work independently and autonomously. Effectively manage and prioritize research plans through ambiguous and fast-changing environments, align and efficiently execute critical insights and work with a large group of stakeholders. Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways. Work cross-functionally with design, product management, content strategy, engineering and marketing. Generate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Requires a PhD in Psychology, Philosophy, Sociology, Statistics, or similar quantitative field and 5 years of applied research/product research experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalent accepted. Employer will also accept a Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Psychology, Philosophy, Sociology, Statistics, or similar quantitative field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalent accepted. Experience must include 5 years of experience in the following: Research areas such as trust, privacy, integrity, and security, Knowledge of regulatory landscape, Working with sensitive populations (e.g., youth <13, policy experts), Coding with R, SQL, STATA, SPSS or equivalent, Qualitative and quantitative research methods, including: Interviewing, ethnography, survey design + analysis, log analysis, usability studies, concept testing, and data segmentation, Influencing strategic leadership decisions in the trust/integrity space.
