OPS Consulting is seeking a UX Developer to work in Laurel, MD.
Required Experience:
•Demonstrated experience in planning designing, and programming Web sites using MediaWiki including MediaWiki templates and extensions (e.g. Semantic MediaWiki)
•Demonstrated experience with designing and developing graphical user interfaces for navigating complex engineering designs - familiarity with CAD tools is desired
•Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and implementing intuitive user navigation strategies for different user bases
•Demonstrated experience managing multi-media content in MediaWiki (in particular text, mathematical equations, and images)
•Demonstrate experience developing and enforcing design/layout standards for dynamically updated content
•Demonstrated experience generating summary reports from Wiki content Experience supporting scientific and engineering users
•Experience with both Windows and Linux environments
•Experience with NSA plugins for integration with NSA security processes Experience developing solutions in stand-alone environments (no Internet access)
Required Skills: MediaWiki, HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, Python, SQL
Desired Experience:
•Installation, maintenance, and upgrading MediaWiki installations Content and knowledge management
•Implementation of access control and security policies Graphics design
•Containerization using Docker, Wiki user training
Desired Skills: Perl, C/C++, Java-based client-server architectures, system administration on Linux systems

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
