We are seeking an experienced Senior UI Engineer (SUIE) that is ready to advance to the next level. This role is key to helping LogicMonitor accelerate growth by being a foundational contributor of the engineering team, helping us to become a best-in-class infrastructure software product engineering team. As the SUIE, reporting to the Team Lead, you will cultivate strong individual contribution and demonstrate best practices. Make your mark being comfortable participating in short term planning, contributing technical and domain expertise to the conversation. This role presents an amazing opportunity to workshop with the development team in design reviews, and give constructive feedback in Pull Request reviews.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:
$124,950-$160,000 USD

- Participate in design workshops to translate customer requirements into acceptance tests.
- Prioritize and plan deliverables in a 2-week scrum schedule, with 1 week for regression testing, working towards continuous deployment.
- Design, document, code, and test technical solutions for new systems or enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated product/application issues.
- Collaborate with a distributed development team across the US and Asia.
- Address performance and design challenges at a deep technical level
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science or Math preferred.
- 6+ years of software development experience in commercial or enterprise applications.
- 2+ years of full-time experience in JavaScript development with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). TypeScript experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with functional programming, particularly Ramda or similar libraries.
- Expertise in implementing and optimizing agile development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery methodologies.
- Experience contributing to complex web applications, testing components, and collaborating on a shared repository.
- Proficient with browser debugging tools for layout, process inspection, and network analysis
