UX Researcher III Job at Linda Werner & Associates in Burlingame

As a UX Researcher on the New Product Experimentation (NPE) team, you'll collaborate with a cross-functional team to shape and launch innovative, user-centered products. You'll play a critical role by conducting formative research to identify key needs, iterative design research to refine concepts, and evaluative research to prepare products for market.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with researchers, designers, PMs, and engineers to deliver impactful products.
• Develop and execute research roadmaps and lead studies across product development phases.
• Provide actionable insights that guide product strategy, execution, and go-to-market planning.
• Manage external research vendors to support the research team's work.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities.
• Expertise in qualitative interviewing, quantitative survey design, and in-person experiment/lab work.
• Effective storyteller to convey insights and influence stakeholders.
• Mentorship skills to support team development.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with VR/MR platforms, hardware devices, and statistical analysis.

Education:
BA/BS in a related field (e.g., HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Media Studies, or Computer Science).
