We are seeking a creative and user-focused User Experience Designer (UX Designer) to join our team and design intuitive, engaging, and seamless digital experiences. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, crafting user-centered designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products. Your work will play a critical role in improving user satisfaction and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Prototyping
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes illustrating design concepts.
- Design intuitive interfaces for web, mobile, and other platforms that align with user needs and business objectives.
- Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability tests, and data analysis.
User-Centered Approach
- Understand and incorporate user research findings into design processes.
- Advocate for the end user and ensure designs are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with best practices.
- Ensure designs reflect a deep understanding of usability principles and human-computer interaction.
Collaboration
- Work closely with UX Researchers, Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
- Collaborate with Visual Designers and UI Designers to ensure alignment on branding and aesthetics.
- Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams.
Testing & Refinement
- Conduct and participate in usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Use analytics and user feedback to refine and optimize designs.
- Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and industry standards to enhance design quality.
Documentation
- Maintain design specifications, style guides, and component libraries for consistent application across projects.
- Document design decisions and processes to ensure transparency and scalability.
Qualifications:
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing design solutions and process thinking.
Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of usability standards, responsive design, and accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Experience designing for global audiences with a focus on cultural and language differences.
- Basic understanding of UX research methods and data-driven design.
