Job Description

• Collaborate with global UX team to design next generation of public safety applications and device interfaces: review concepts, evolve processes, and ensure unity across the company.
• Work closely with experienced researchers to understand user needs and conduct usability testing.
• Leverage industry best practices and tools to create wireframes, flows, and prototypes to communicate design intent to stakeholders.
• Use design thinking to understand people's needs, looking holistically at customer interactions, and constantly iterate user journey forward.
• Telecommuting permitted anywhere within the U.S.
• $70,300 - 120,900/Year.

Basic Requirements

• Masters degree or
• Bachelors degree + 2 years experience.
