Primary Purpose:
As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for contributing to intuitive, engaging, and delightful user experiences for Emmes software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other team members, to ensure that the end-to-end user experience is seamless, efficient, and effective.
Responsibilities
Conducts user research and creates user personas to inform design decisions
Develops user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and user interactions
Collaborates with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure that design solutions align with business objectives and technical feasibility
Conducts usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions
Creates design specifications and works with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
Maintains and updates design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability.
Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the user experience.
Qualifications Formal education in Human Centered Design, Design Methods, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field is preferred but not required
3+ years of experience in UX design
A portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and experiences across multiple projects
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
Familiarity with user research methods and tools, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
