Serco-NA is actively seeking a motivated individual to provide TRIRIGA configuration and UX app development support to the United States Air Force Civil Engineering NexGen project. In this role, you will work with our dynamic NexGen team to support critical Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities for the Air Force customer. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful design, analysis and development of software solutions to the Air Force CE community across more than 200 bases worldwide.
The successful applicant must be flexible, self-motivated, and well-organized. You must have the ability to build relationships and work effectively across multiple levels of the organization. Excellent customer service, communication and analysis skills are a plus. If you possess a strong desire to learn and grow you will love working with the NexGen IT Team.
In this role, you will:
- Work as a consulting team member or an individual technical consultant on product implementation, enhancement, integration or audit projects
- Demonstrate expertise on providing a range of software solutions that meet the customer's business goals, objectives, needs and the general business environment to solve technical problems
- Interact with numerous teammates and customer representatives on a daily basis through online collaboration tools
- Deliver solutions in a highly organized, agile project structure using established processes, steps and delivery tools
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Perform a variety of complicated tasks
- May lead and direct the work of others
- Exhibit a wide degree of creativity and latitude
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline
- 5 years of experience in configuring and developing TRIRIGA
- 5 years of experience in UX application development
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely and strong self-motivation skills
- Strong understanding of database applications
- Familiar developing in Java using REACT and/or POLYMER for UX applications
- Familiar evaluating customer requirements and performing detailed data mapping
- Ability to work with multiple internal and external organizations to resolve technical and other customer related problems, multitask, meet deadlines and set priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong leadership, verbal and written communication skills
- Travel up to 10%
Additional desired experience and skills:
- Knowledge of Air Force CE Community.
- Recent software development experience, with development of UX applications using Java within a TRIRIGA use case is greatly preferred
- Understanding of Agile development methodology preferred
- Experience working with federal government programs, particularly DoD
- IBM Certified Application Developer a plus
- Using Java and a Tririga implamentation experience in UX application development

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $112,133.01 to $186,888.35; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
