Key Responsibilities:
Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various types of digital products
Optimize PowerPoint presentations for clarity and visual impact: Enhance existing slide decks by improving layout, flow, and design consistency, ensuring effective communication of key messages through user-centered design principles.
Design and develop engaging newsletter templates: Create visually appealing and user-friendly newsletter formats that align with brand guidelines, focusing on clear messaging and optimal user engagement across different devices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on designs based on feedback.
Develop a consistent visual language and design system that aligns with the team's brand
Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Design interactive elements and ensure a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with developers to implement and refine interactive components.
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design choices.
Iterate on designs based on usability test results and user feedback.
Work closely with product stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with project goals.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with creating and maintaining design systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our users.
