Our Seattle based Retail Digital Workplace partner is looking for an experienced and influential Senior UX Researcher to help create great employee experiences at work and push our solutions to a new level for their new AI based employee web product. Job Duties -
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to gather product requirements and throughout the research process.
• Leverage strong storytelling skills to communicate research findings and insights.
• You will have expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., knowing when to use different methods, how to determine the right research approach).
• Plan, design, and lead end-to-end research studies and facilitate the research process for product teams and business stakeholders.
• Conduct research using a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Find creative and compelling ways to present and evangelize insights throughout the company, tailoring findings to suit the audience.
• Create artifacts, educational tools, experiences, and processes that help build and evangelize the UX Research within the larger organization.
• Ability to frame key questions, create research plans to address those, conduct research, and synthesize the findings into meaningful, actionable insights.
• Passion for defining and solving problems.
• Ability to determine user research needs and review and evaluate user feedback.
• Conduct in-person interviews and usability testing.
• Facilitate engaging and insightful focus groups.
• Utilize Qualtrics for surveys and demonstrate proficiency in conducting descriptive analysis.
• Test and evaluate web applications to ensure optimal user experiences.
Job Requirements -
• 8+ years corporate UX Research experience.
• Familiarity with the end-to-end research process.
• Proficiency in facilitating early adopter focus groups with the same less than 20 participants.
• Excellent storytelling skills to communicate research findings effectively.
• Previous AI UX Research project experience.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to design and conduct usability studies-i.e., identify potential solution options for a stated user need and design experiments that help elicit the most viable solution for users
• You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently and effectively with cross-functional teams with the ability to work with ambiguity.
• Expertise in usability testing and conducting in-person interviews.
• Strong background in testing web applications.
• Experience using Qualtrics (Survey Monkey, Survey Gizmo) for research studies and conducting descriptive analysis.
• Solid understanding of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps • • Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Invision, DSM, Zeppelin, Adobe XD and creative suite or other visual tools

Desired Skills & Experience -
Familiar or experience with Pega GenAI
