About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our growing Design team. The Senior Product Designer will play a key role in the development and strategy of our products by working through the full product lifecycle. We are looking for someone who can balance innovative design thinking with effective execution, ensuring we deliver a seamless and engaging user experience. You are an excellent communicator who will bring your creative, collaborative, energetic, and optimistic spirit with you to work every day. You enjoy and excel in a fast-paced environment. You are detail-oriented and highly adaptive; you welcome challenges and embrace innovative solutions.

What you'll do

  • Drive and work alongside other members of the design team on the end-to-end design and research of our products
  • Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes, journey maps, user flows, user personas, affinity maps, and other artifacts
  • Conduct user research and be the internal voice of our users
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering to translate business and user needs into a beautiful and delightful experience
  • Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our design system, ensuring it remains up-to-date, consistent, and accessible
  • Communicate your design ideas and prototypes to developers, stakeholders, and customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, continuously introducing fresh, viable concepts to the team

What you bring

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a product designer
  • You have exceptional attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and consistency
  • You are masterful in Figma
  • You approach design challenges with a creative and analytical mindset, finding elegant solutions to complex problems
  • You can clearly articulate how your design solutions will lead to an impact on the business metrics and user behaviors and can defend your decisions to senior stakeholders
  • You are able to stay organized, execute deliverables, and meet deadlines with little oversight
  • You understand the value and benefits of in-person communication and are committed to working in an office setting for most of the workweek
