This group is called Live Ops - HD Streaming. I have provided information below on the teams and what they are looking for below but essentially they are building out Amazon’s first live sports group streaming platform and Broadcast Operations Center. This is a huge initiative for Amazon Video. they started two years with Thursday Night NFL Football and are expanding into new sports. 

For each position The team is looking for someone who is going to be more than a button pusher and really push to Deliver Results, have a Bias For Action and take Ownership over the process.

Amazon Prime Video has developed a world class video distribution platform. And now that platform is growing even more with live, linear and special events which enable customers to watch what they want and get even one step closer to cutting the cord. Key job functions
Execute multiple live streaming events concurrently; be the sole owner of many tier-1 live events for our customers making sure they have the highest quality experience
Work with senior engineers and other teams on high-severity, active support issues, prioritizing mitigation while investigating root-cause fixes
Understand high-level technical aspects of streaming video systems and services
Work on live video operations and maintenance, driving efficiency improvements through automation
Live event system and support reporting
Customer notification and workflow co-ordination with follow-up to maintain service level agreements
Creating and maintaining team specific knowledge-base articles and operational and training documentation
