Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the architecture of the Video Management System (VMS).
•Design a robust VMS topology tailored for client needs using Genetec Security Center.
•Facilitate VMS to VMS integrations and provide ongoing support.
•Develop and implement proof of concepts to demonstrate value to the customer.
•Strategically plan and execute software deployments, ensuring minimal downtime.
•Generate comprehensive documentation and Visio diagrams for all video environments.
•Oversee the deployment of IP and Analog camera equipment.
•Provide advanced support for video management system post-deployment.
•Design video solutions that seamlessly connect to stakeholder systems and cameras.
•Manage system storage allocations and server environments.
•Lead project management for client equipment and field deployments.
•Execute system-wide upgrades to enhance the VMS system.
•Deliver Level 3 Support for the VMS system.
•Collaborate with the Genetec development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
•Conduct onsite and remote training sessions for clients as required.
Technical Requirements:
•Proficiency in various Windows Platforms, both Server and Client.
•Expertise in Genetec Security Center Server & Client software.
•Highly proficient in Microsoft Visio.
•Certification in Genetec Security Center - Omnicast Enterprise.
•In-depth knowledge of network topologies (UDP, TCP, Multicast).
•Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
•Technical writing proficiency.
