We are looking for a detail-oriented and fast-learning Associate Product Manager to join our Video Analytics team.
In this role, you will help us build tools that provide users with the insights they need to make data-driven decisions and optimize their video strategies. Your focus will be on supporting the development of analytics solutions that help our customers understand what is working, what's not, and how they can continuously improve their video content. As an advocate for our users, you'll ensure that the product is intuitive, effective, and focused on delivering value to them.

What you'll do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve video analytics products that meet customer needs and drive business impact.
- Dive into the details of the product, helping to define and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Focus on delivering actionable insights to customers by helping create intuitive, user-friendly analytics features.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers to execute on product initiatives from start to finish.
- Prioritize customer feedback, identifying opportunities to improve the product and increase user satisfaction.
- Support the definition of metrics and KPIs for new features, and contribute to data-driven decisions with meaningful analytics.
- Manage timelines and execution of product launches, ensuring smooth delivery of new features and improvements.
- Continuously learn about the video industry, data analytics, and emerging trends to contribute innovative ideas for product growth.
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
- 1-2 years of experience in a product management or related role, ideally within video, analytics, or a customer-centric product environment.
- Strong interest in video content, data analytics, and how businesses use insights to enhance user engagement and strategy.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for diving deep into customer needs and product functionality. - Quick to learn and apply new concepts, technologies, and trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven ability to take ownership, manage tasks, and execute with attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity, a proactive attitude, and a desire to make an impact.
Bonus points if:
- Experience working with video analytics tools or platforms.
- Familiarity with data visualization, dashboard creation, or user behavior tracking.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

Base Salary Range:
- NYC Metro, Bay Area, Seattle, & Los Angeles: $101,000 - $135,500
- All other US cities outside above metro areas: $90,900 - $125,550
