Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to standardize and automate global research workflows in 10 languages
- Define product requirements and roadmaps for new tools and solutions to drive efficiency and scalability
- Manage the development and deployment of process improvements, establishing metrics to quantify the impact
- Align and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and integration of new solutions
- Independently engage with senior stakeholders, drafting impactful reports and facilitating reviews
- Navigate complex research, operational, and business scenarios with excellent judgment
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading successful process improvement initiatives and driving adoption of new solutions

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
