Information Technology Software Developer III

Location: Headquarters, Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Union Station)

Schedule: Hybrid | Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 4:45 pm (alternating Fridays off)

6 month assignment (Potential to extend)

Pay Rate: $54/hr.-$60/hr.


On behalf of our client, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Software Developer III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing websites using modern content management systems and a wide range of web development tools and technologies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on dynamic projects, leveraging cutting-edge platforms and cloud-based services.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain websites using Umbraco, AWS, Cloudflare, and Cloudinary.
  • Develop, design, and deploy web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, ASP.net, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and optimize workflows using tools such as Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Access).
  • Utilize web development tools like Webflow, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop to design, test, and refine web interfaces.
  • Develop and debug relational databases, including coding and managing SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
  • Leverage business intelligence and reporting tools to create dashboards and advanced reports.
  • Implement and troubleshoot data warehousing solutions, including star schemas and ETL processors.
  • Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
  • Design and maintain application layers, integrating business logic and data validation in appropriate tiers.



Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and four years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and two years of relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, ASP.net, Umbraco, AWS, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Webflow, Nintex forms/workflow/API, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Oracle, and SQL.
  • Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, project-focused, highly organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attributes: Problem solver, multitasker, and able to handle pressure effectively.
  • Other Requirements: Valid California driver’s license.
  • Eligibility: No Cal PERS membership or H1B candidates accepted.
