Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, maintain, and optimize four related marketing websites
  • Develop front-end lead generation tools, such as calculators, lead magnets, and interactive elements
  • Create page templates and modules that are scalable and consistent across all sites
  • Work on a full revamp of our oldest site to bring it in line with our other properties
  • Lead the development of a new marketing site, transforming a single landing page into a fully interactive and dynamic experience
  • Proactively identify areas for performance improvements/technical SEO enhancements and implement solutions
Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in web development
  • Proficient in HTML, Templates languages (HubL), JavaScript, CSS & TailwindCSS
  • Experience working on large company websites at scale
  • Experience working with enterprise-level CMSs (HubSpot CMS, Wordpress, etc)
  • Experience working with source control (Git)
  • Strong understanding of browser compatibility issues
  • Experience with creating responsive, SEO-friendly websites
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate non-technical requests into actionable technical solutions
  • Knowledge of Asana or similar project management tools
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and effectively in a North American time zone
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with third-party APIs, such as the HubSpot API, Salesforce APIs (Pardot)
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Hot Jar
