Job Description:

We are seeking a Front-End Developer to join our innovative web development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly web interfaces, playing a key part in delivering high-quality, responsive applications for a mission-critical U.S. Navy project. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience and contribute to the continuous evolution of our front-end development practices.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in front-end development including strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. This is a full-time position based in Manassas, Virginia. You'll be responsible for:
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly web interfaces.
  • Collaborating with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and an optimal user experience.
  • Developing responsive web applications that work across various devices and browsers.
  • Staying current with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to front-end development.

You'll need to have:
  • Active DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Preferred (but not required) skills:
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less).
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
