Overview
The Senior Full Stack Web Developer role will be part of the Digital Design Studio that is dedicated to growing the strength of the M Health Fairview brand, as well as its share of patients served by a specific service line or coping with a specific disease state.
As the Sr. Full Stack Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining web applications utilizing skills of Sitecore, React, and .NET. You’ll establish coding standards and best practices and develop a process for third party vendors to follow, including responsive design, accessibility and SEO principles.

Responsibilities Job Description

Develop front-end website architecture, ensuring responsiveness for various devices.

Design and develop headless APIs, implement data storage solutions and write clean code.

Establish and coordinate the DevOps process with other team members and vendors.

Stay updated on the latest trends in web applications and programming languages.

Translate high-level specifications for software components into program/technical specifications

Participate in the investigation of system requirements and assist in preparation of systems specifications including revising support documentation, design documentation, and documenting processes and procedures.

Analyze problems, conduct root cause analysis and help in resolution of problems using defined problem management procedure and help in application support and maintenance of customer applications.

Lead the code review process to ensure development work adheres to standards and specifications. Write and/or revise system design documentation and operations documentation to include providing required input into operation support manuals and user guides. Create and properly archive all project related documentation.

Provide oversight, mentorship and technical leadership to team members to ensure timely execution of project deliverables. Provide governance oversight to ensure adherence to development strategy, standards, tools and procedures. Guide the development teams to consistently apply appropriate development principles and standards during all phases of the development life-cycle.
Qualifications
Required
Education
- BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Related field; or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
Experience
-
5-7 years of web app development experience
-
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in a similar role.

Proficiency in front-end and back-end languages (e.g. JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, ASP.NET, Sitecore JSS)

Experience with development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)

Experience working with headless and composable CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Contentful)

Familiarity with version control tools for collaboration and code management (Git)

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.

Proficiency in identifying and fixing issues in code.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with little direction.

Understanding of user-centric design principles.
