Major Job Duties Responsible for Management of the API Gateway with additional security control. Solves complex problems. Takes a new perspective on existing solutions. Exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Impacts a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. Works within broad guidelines and policies. Knowledge/Skills Required to have a developer background, general coding; general web development & APIs, and web services. Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines. Applies best practices and how own area integrates with others. Is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Must have an in-depth understanding of information security and Risk Management Framework. Must have an in-depth understanding of information security, network management, operating systems, software development, and database systems. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Must be highly flexible and adaptable to change. Education/Experience Required A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required. Information Security Certification / Accreditation preferred, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Cisco, SANS, etc. Must have experience in a highly regulated environment, specific experience with FFIEC, OSFI, PCI-DSS, SOX preferred. Must have experience leading projects that required candidate to manage risks and resource requirements.
